Maximize your sales growth 1-month coaching Package

This 1-month coaching package takes you step-by-step in planning and retail coaching for the overall project including advertising, marketing, social media. This package includes:

• 4 -1 hour calls happening weekly to discuss each step, the progress of project objectives, retail training, inventory management, and follow-up steps after the project is completed.

• Weekly business analysis and assessment of overall business and how and where to make adjustments to the floor, pricing, merchandising, ads, marketing, etc. to produce more sales.

• Complete marketing, social media, and branding plan.

• Website assessment and makeover to match new store, project, and overall business objectives.

• For brick-and-mortar stores, weekly walk through (local or via Zoom) floor plan, windows, walls, fixtures, and backroom. Plan floor-sets, inventory turn, visual updates, and more for your store.

• Online boutique/store assessment to see where opportunities are and where we can build upon them. Complete website makeover including, flow, graphics, copy, and all visual elements. Complete marketing, social media, and branding plan.

• 2 1-hour follow-up calls/visits after the month is completed. This will include retouch ideas, resets to produce more sales, markdown strategy, and inventory adjustments
